At least half the Trustees are required to be members of the National Board of Bible College of New Zealand and the College Board approves the appointment of all Trustees. Trustees are appointed for a period of five years.
The Trust Deed requires that an annual meeting be held by 31 October each year and that the annual accounts of the Foundation be audited. The powers of the Trustees are clearly defined in the Deed.
